Day 20: Deerwalk Earthquake Relief

On 22 May 2015 some of the volunteers set out to distribute tarpaulins in the village of Sundaradevi 2, Sathbishe, which was receiving no relief materials from the government or from any NGO or INGO. They selected 30 households and distributed tents along with other materials, giving one tarpaulin sheet, 12 feet by 9, to each of the thirty needy households. Deerwalk Social Welfare Network provided the 30 tents and bore the transport charges for the event.
